What is the quality of type? null

It's very good, certainly on par with other inkjet printers (and I've used Epson and HP in the past).

I have only had the printer a couple months, but the 20 or so documents I have printed have been very clear, it may replace the Dell Laser printer I have used for years.

Adequate quality for light home use - not moderate/heavy home office. Scanner is very basic. I have inexpensive laser printer for that. G620 is close to being a dedicated photo printer. Excellent and inexpensive at that. Ellis
