“Camera took clear bright photo but when downloaded, photo is blurry. Why? I am a newspaper editor and need the photo.”

• Are you using any photo manager for downloading the images or just using it directly from the file manager? If the former may be it is compressing / compacting the images and might be the reason for the loss. Try it directly from the file manager.

• I don't know why this happened but I would try to exchange it even if it is past the warranty.
