Any computer with and SD card slot should do. You can also get memory card adapter if you're computer only has USB ports.

Not sure what you mean by "equipment" but you can either connect the camera directly to your computer by means of a usb cable or remove the sd card and insert it into the card reader on your computer. If you don't have a card reader you can purchase one very cheaply on the internet or from Best Buy.
