First visit the website and go to downloads to get the driver for your computer. After that you can then pair the device to your computer and lastly and you can transer photos and videos. Check the maual for information on downloading the driver from the website.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The camera stores images using a memory card. Try and see if your computer has an SDXC card slot for direct transfer. You might also try a USB 2.0 cable, or the built in wifi capabilities to transfer the photos to your iPhone or iPad via the Canon iOS app.
