Yes it doe's it's a wired remote that plugins in to the side of the camera. IT has a record button as well zoom and wide angle buttons. It works good I haven't tried it with an extension cable yet but I would think it should work. Wired LANC Remote Control for Canon XA15 XA11 XA20 XA25 XA30 XA35 XA10 XF... Best Buy didn't have it so you may have to get it elsewhere.
