• The binder holds 204 DVDs or CDs. On DVDs, I may put 2-3 in a sleeve.

• It comes with 26 pages and each holds 8 CDs (4 on each side).

• Yes, all pages are included. Mine holds 208 in the pages with some more slots on the inside of the front cover, which I didn't use. Each page holds 8 discs, 4 on each side.
