I checked the case-mate warranty and they have a one year warranty because I wasn't happy with the workmenship

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Warranty is one year- I bought mine from AT&T and they gladly exchanged it for a new case with no question. Best Buy should have a record of your purchase of you are a Reward Zone member....this is always tracked if you use your points card.

Please try again later.Take the case to the store with a copy of your charge card receipt, talk to a manager and politely request that the expense be credited back to your charge card. If any issues with the store, contact your credit card company and file a disputed charge for the item that you purchased.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Usually best buy has a 18 day return policy and only if the manufacturer reimburses them for the returned item. If you are unable to return the case, then ask for a manager. Doesn't hurt to ask.
