Please visit Case-Mate.com and at the bottom of the page, click on 'submit a warranty claim'. The warranty claim will ask you to submit photos of your damaged/defective case, along with a receipt showing proof of purchase. If you no longer have the receipt showing proof of purchase, please attach another photo of your defective item in that field so that are able to submit the claim. Once your claim is submitted, it will be assigned to an agent. Claims are processed within 24-48 hours and delivery takes 3-7 business days to arrive.
