Thank you for choosing Case-Mate! I'm sorry to hear about your case. To take advantage of the lifetime warranty, you must submit a warranty claim. Please visit Case-Mate.com and at the bottom of the page, click on 'submit a warranty claim'. The warranty claim will ask you to submit photos of your damaged/defective case, along with a receipt showing proof of purchase. If you no longer have the receipt showing proof of purchase, please attach another photo of your defective item in that field so that are able to submit the claim. Once your claim is submitted, it will be assigned to an agent. Claims are processed within 24-48 hours and delivery takes 3-7 business days to arrive. The warranty replacement is complimentary and you are not required to return your defective item.We value your business. Have a great day!
