QuestionWhat are the steps I need to take in order to do a warranty exchange on this case I paid close to one hundred dollars, and its already cracked so It doesn't fit properly. I'm very disappointed and would like to get the warranty.

- Answer You have to go to casemate website and submit a claim and send pic and copy of proof of purchase to them and they will send you another case!
