• I would get a screen protector. Just to be safe. It does offer a raised edge to accommodate the edge screen, but the screen itself was not safe from scratches.

• It only provides coverage for the back of the phone you need to purchase a screen protector for the front of the phone.

• To be as safe as possible, you should probably get the screen protector. I didn't though.

• This case only protects the back so you need to get a screen protector. I've heard that it does tend to scratch easily so I would definitely get either a Zagg or Bodyguards for it.
