Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You can try to exchange it. It's past the Best Buy return period but the manufacturer warranty might be covered through Best Buy. It just depends on how long that company's warranty is and if they partnered with Best Buy to allow them to exchange on their behalf. If you don't have the receipt they can look it up if you paid by card or if you gave your My Best Buy rewards info.
