I had this problem with 2 different cases and I was able to return 1 of them but the other I waited too long.

Your case should be just fine I have the same case for my phone and one day an air bubble appeared (it was not there when I bought the case) but after a few days it disappeared. A few weeks later (4 days ago) another bubble appeared and has been shrinking. But nothing has leaked on me or my phone.

Yes. If you have the receipt, or you used your awards member number, and it is within 15 days of purchase (30 days for Elite members or 45 days for Elite Plus Members). However, it was designed and manufactured with a pocket of air...the air bubble is what gives it that water fall effect.
