QuestionMy case has a large air bubble in the liquid that keeps growing every day. This must mean some air is getting in, but I haven't noticed any liquid leaking yet. Has this happened to anyone, & if so, were you able to get a free replacement from Casemate?

- Answer Put it in refrigerator for 4-5 days... And for even more if bubble is of large size... It will freeze and will eventually disappear

- Answer Hi Cait! So I got a case and it has an air bubble. I haven't noticed any leaking yet but many people say its because your case has a small hole. I will still continue to use the case because it has been like that for a month now and nothing has happened to it. I just don't like when I tilt my phone I can see the bubble:(

QuestionI just recently got a similar waterfall case and I'm concerned about leaks. How easily do Case Mate glitter cases leak, and do they burn when they do?

- Answer I don't know about burn, but I bought 2 of these waterfall cases in the rose gold. Both cases within just a few weeks developed large air bubbles in the case. I never noticed my phone being wet from the leak, but the water went somewhere as it was only 3/4 full. I then purchased another one because I loved it so much and it did the same thing. Sadly, I am done buying these type of cases....I am out 70+ dollars and I still need a case.

- Answer For those who need help taking it off, I found a way to do it. I tried to take it off from the top right corner, but what helped me was taking off the rubber bumper out first from the bottom, and the case came right off!

Questionmy waterfall case has leaked all of its oil, i can't use the warranty because i cannot find the reciept for proof of purchase. is there a way i can refill the oil?

- Answer If you belong to Best Buy or even have a Best Buy Credit Card and used either or to your points then it can be looked up either by Best Buy Associates or by yourself on the Best buy website. On the website go to you account... look up purchases, scroll down until you find it.

- Answer Bought this from a Bestbuy in Corona, CA. Maybe your Bestbuy does not carry this particular one in a 6+. But my daughter has a 6s and it fits great.
