- Answer Hi Angela. The CellAllure Cool Duo is compatible with GSM 1900/1800/900/850 MHz and WCDMA 1900/1700/850 MHz bands. You may need to check what band does you service provider use for 5G/4G LTE network.

- Answer If you mean activating the phone with a carrier - yes, the phone does not come with a SIM card. You will have to purchase the SIM separately from your preferred GSM carrier.
