While I’m not sure what you mean exactly by “two double shot” espressos and using small pot instead of two cups, the answer to your question about milk is YES, you may make espresso without using the milk froth. Whether you’re making a single shot espresso or a double shot, it’s upto you which size pot you use as that will determine the strength of your espresso. If you meant can you make two drinks at once, the answer is no bc you’d have to change out the pot to make a new/another drink. I hope that answers your questions. On a side note, I love this machine! Simple to use, makes it quickly, and the water jug is relatively big so you don’t have to constantly refill it with water after every drink. I would recommend this product.
