“I used granulated coffee and the taste of cappuccino/ latte is great but it takes a large quantity of granulated coffee. I used ground coffee but it doesn’t utilise all of it and leaves behind coffee making a lot of wastage. Which coffee to use?”

It’s important to grind your own coffee beans. Not real fine but not medium either. We’ve been grinding our beans in between fine and medium and the grinds are always wet when we empty. The only thing we’ve found with this machine is that it’s not consistently making the same size cup of double latte. That’s the only thing we use is the latte which is delicious but just sometimes it’s half the finished product. To your question we never have a problem. It’s in the instructions about grinding the beans.
