It doesn't. I love it I don't even use the regular oven anymore. It's great since I'm in a tiny apartment and heats up super fast specially in the summer.

Please try again later.No as a matter of fact that was the very reason why I bought it I did not want to heat up the whole house a.k.a. the kitchen although the kitchen is not the whole house but needless to say it doesn’t heat up the kitchen, we were in dire need of a small oven that does not radiate too much or too high needless to say this was accomplished with this small oven and it works marvelous oh by the way I even got rid of my to slice toaster as well this little oven cooks,bakes,air fry and toast. It is worth the price highly recomen
