my knob will not turn to toast null

I have the same issue, it’s permanently stuck in broil and knob won’t turn. We had this less than a year, not a very good brand

The temperature know, or the broil, bake, toast knob?

I have never had that problem. It might be stuck for some reason. I would either return it if you can for another or take it in for repair.
