“Does this mount go up and down and I don't mean tilt and how far does it pull straight out”

• It pulls out pretty far I think the extension is like 37 inches. It doesn't go up and down but turns completely to the side. We love it worth every penny!!!!

• Yes. Goes up and down. At least 30 inches. Probably 36 inches pull out range.
