Yes you can program the phone so all she will have to do is press the picture and it calls the number you have programed. The red light does light up when the phone is ringing. My mom is 94 and loves it. with her old phone she couldn't hear anyone and now she hears everything!!!!! I would buy it again without hesitation.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You press the picture and it dials the person. I put in names instead of pictures using a marker to make it easier for my MIL whose sight is very bad since she couldn't make out.the pictures. Works great!
