“there is no jack where this phone needs to be used my mother needs a phone like this. she is disabled and elderly. the closest jack is some distance away. can this phone be paired with a phone that becomes the master phone and would plug into a jack? the base has to have some connection to work right? ideal features possibility of speaker or amplified, large numbers and looks simple to use problem essentially is no jack no answering system needed looking at your DECT model”

• The primary telephone requires a telephone line connection but any expantion handsets do not.

• You can plug in the base system to any phone outlet and have others plugged in close to anywhere there is an electrical outlet. Sound can be amplified with the speaker open and will be clear. The numbers light up for easy visualization.
