• The ClearBlue Stereo Bluetooth transmitter just needs to be plugged into your television's Analog Audio Output (red and white) RCA jacks or whatever is considered as the source of your outgoing sound. Your Smart tv gives you more choices of inputs (what you can watch) but your sound outputs on the television are still the same.

• Yes, the headset is compatible with a Smart TV. No you cannot stream Netflix from the heaset.
