• This depends on your television. If you plug the transmitter into the television's 3.5mm headphone analog output jack, many televisions are designed to automatically mute the speaker's sound. Some televisions have a separate control for the speakers on/off. If you plug your Bluetooth transmitter into the analog red & white RCA jacks on the rear of the television, most televisions will allow for the speaker sound.
