• A:Answer Yes. A small magnetic coil in the earpiece of the phone (a telecoil) can send sound directly to a hearing aid by magnetic energy, bypassing the hearing aid's microphone. Check with your audiologist to find out if your hearing aid is equipped with a telecoil.

• A:Answer The CSC600 requires use of the AC Adapter in order to have use all of the phone's features (Caller ID screen, speakerphone amplification, etc). You can put rechargeable batteries in for backup in case of a short power outage, but the phone is not designed to run totally on battery power all the time.

• A:Answer The CSC600 can definitely be mounted on the wall and attached to your wall phone jack. It can provide incoming amplified sound of up to 50 decibels.
