• There is a mute button, so you can prevent the other person from hearing the noise in the room you are in, but there is only one earpiece, so you will not be able to block out the noise in the room from yourself.

• When using the QH2 to stream the caller's voice by Bluetooth to a streamer or neckloop - and if you are wearing hearing aids with T-coils, you can use the hearing aid's T-Coil mode to hear your caller 's voice without having your hearing aid microphones on. This way you can prevent your hearing aids from picking up room noise.
