• Hi - the machine itself is user generated and very smooth due to the magnetic resistance. The resistance ranges from 1 to 11, so you can keep it at a low-level if you'd like!

• This machine has a very easy glide and is easy on the joints. I have knee issues and my knees feel great when I am using this machine and afterwards.
