CORNSMOKE, Thank you for your inquiry! You are absolutely correct; regardless of the amount of the system, it is perfectly reasonable to expect your new system to arrive in working order. As to what we do to make this happen, and to instill confidence in our product, there are multiple facets to our approach. From the product side itself, it begins with the components and how they are utilized. When building our systems, we start by purchasing high quality components. Our choices are based on the collective experience we have gained during our (at the time of this writing) over 22 years in business. Unlike some companies, who are interested in only the lowest cost options, we primarily select our components for performance, durability and reliability. Our production experts then properly assemble, install, and integrate the hardware and software into a well-performing system. This includes correct cable routing and tie-ups, which in addition to helping make the system appealing to the eye, also helps to ensure sufficient and smooth airflow - something that can add substantially to the performance and lifespan of the computer. The newly assembled systems are then professionally tested and QA’d. Until a system passes our rigorous testing and stringent QA standards, it does not move forward to packaging. In regards to protective packaging, ours is very robust –meeting or exceeding all requirements for the carrier used – and customized for each system. All of these steps being taken, and this being said, however, there are times when - as with any physical product of any type or brand - there are issues that express themselves only after the system has shipped. This brings us to support. Whether one of our customers simply has questions, or has encountered one of those uncommon occasions when something does not go exactly as expected – damage during transit despite the packaging, a component that first exhibits an issue after shipping, etc., we stand behind our product with our Friendly Customer Service Team, Warranty, and Free Lifetime Technical Support. Finally, and perhaps most important, we are a customer-focused and customer-centric company. This is shown in more than our just efforts in assisting a customer who already owns one of our products – though it certainly plays a major part there. In addition, the feedback we get from our customers – positive and otherwise – is extremely important to us. It is listened to, acted upon, and wherever possible, utilized to help us improve our products and processes. This makes paying attention, to both our existing and future customers, critical, as we are always striving to provide a better customer experience for them. CORNSMOKE, we hope the above has been informative and helpful. If you have any additional questions, we would encourage you to reach out to our Friendly Customer Support Team, at 855.4902569 (a toll-free call) – we’re happy to answer them for you!
