Marc, Thank you for your interest in this CLX SET! The precise brand and model of some components, such as the graphics card and memory will in part depend on availability. However, we don't use just any components; we are very particular, selecting for performance and reliability. Some of the brands we use are Corsair, Crucial,EVGA, Gigabyte, G.SKILL, MSI, and Zotac, among others. With regards to the memory, it will indeed have heatspreaders.
