It varies from system to system - the case I got wasn't identical to the one pictured in the ad, but the motherboard that came with mine is an ASRock X570 Phantom Gaming 4 Wifi ax board, and it did come with Windows 11 preinstalled. Sound is Realtek Hi-Def audio, nothing special there.
