Q: QuestionI’m looking at running this with a 6v battery. Can I do this, are would I require a converter. Also, is this Bluetooth capable?

• A:Answer For best range consider the following: high gain CB antenna like the Cobra 4 foot fiberglass antenna - https://www.cobra.com/products/fiberglass-cb-antenna-4-ft Antenna placement on the vehicle - The center of the roof typically offer the best performance. Other mounting locations on the vehicle will still offer useful two way communications but with compromises. Operating location - In a big city with lots of tall buildings expect reduce range performance. In the open country with few obstacles range will improve. If there's a "band opening" you're range could be significantly higher!
