• No, this dash cam does not have the ability to record vehicle speed.

• No, just the Cobra logo, date and time. No speed, no GPS.

• This was a gift for someone else, I don't use it personally, I doubt it though, it is not a GPS based device, that would cost more. You can only determine the speed limit if you are communicating with satellites that know your position. It does show the speed of your vehicle to those around it though, so that is a better indicator of someone traveling a SAFE SPEED compared to those around it. If you have video showing you were following the safest possible driving rules at the time of an incident speed it irrelevant.
