I found the issue, I tried resetting it multiple times without prevale, it still remained on the "drive HD" (load up screen). I plugged it into my computer and the computer wouldn't bring the device up. I removed the device from the computer and removed the SD card....it started up and was ready to go. I replaced the SD card with a new one and it works fine. Somehow the SD card seemed to of got messed up. Hope this helps anyone else with a similar situation.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Sounds like it's locked up and needs reboot. There is a hole in the bottom of the unit marked "R". Find a quiet place where you can hear small click sounds. Find a needle or pin and carefully place the tip into the small hole and press straight down until you hear a distinctive click. The display goes blank as it reboots and hopefully brings you joy. Good luck!
