“Can this continually power a heater for my fish tank? I am going into 30 degree temperatures with a 60 degree minimum fish. I need to generate my own electricity.”

Hmm what power source would have in this location? This inverter is made to be used with a 12v system, like a car battery that is being charged while in use by the alternator. It converts the 12v DC to 110 AC.
