- Answer This dash cam is compatible with up to 64GB microSD cards. We recommend formatting the microSD card within the camera settings menu each time you use a different card.

- Answer Hi Charly, It sounds like there may be something going on with the power source in the vehicle that would cut off power within 3-4 minutes of starting the vehicle. I would recommend checking to see if there is an alternate power source you could use in the vehicle to power the dash cam. Also, please ensure that all cables are attached properly and that there are no loose connection points. - Answer This dash cam is compatible with your Honda Pilot 2009 EX-L. All it requires is use of your cigarette lighter port or a USB port to power the dash cam. The car fit guide is not accurate for this product.

- Answer Please call your local Best Buy location to get quotes on installation of the Cobra Dash Cam. Also, the installation is not too difficult and most customers install the device on their own. QuestionI see that it uses a 16GB memory card, but how long is the loop (in minutes or hours and minutes) if both cameras are continuously recording?

- Answer The default loop clip time is 3 minutes but can be changed to 3, 5, 10, or off within the camera's video settings menu. With the included 16GB microSD card recording 1080p in the front camera and 720p in the rear camera, this allows for up to around 1 hour 15 minutes footage from each the front and rear saved on the card.

QuestionI see from a previous question. the cord for the rear camera is only 13 ft. long. I have a long full size van and estimate I need about 18-20 ft of cord. Other then splicing extra wire, is there another alternative?

- Answer Yes, we have mounted one on the windshield facing front and another on the rear window facing the rear. Both are attached via 2 sided tape supplied in the box

- Answer This dash cam accepts class 10 microSD cards up to 64GB. It does not have a battery, instead it uses a super capacitor. Once power is removed from the camera it stops recording within a few seconds.

- Answer Yes if you set it on park mode and yes it will drain the battery if it's (hardwired to a power source to the car) and if you have a lot of activity around your vehicle while parked at home like animals jumping on the car other than that great peace of mind for the road & store's and at home recording for any questanable activity around and on your vehicles especially the roads and the parking lot dings and scratches

- Answer Wired system. Does not communicate with any phone types at all. No bluetooth. Files only available via removable micro sd card.
