You can view the videos a couple different ways. There is video playback available on the dash camera itself utilizing the 2 inch screen. The camera also comes with a MicroUSB cable that you can use to plug the dash cam into a computer and review video files that way.
A:AnswerI did not measure the cable, however it was long enough to install into my '02 Yukon XL. I ran cable on a route along the roof line. I do not it believe it would be long enough if you go along the floor.

A:AnswerIt can but it depends on your vehicle. If your power outlets stay powered up when it isn't running it does. However if not it can be wired to your car's battery. Note of caution: If wiring directly to the battery, be sure to put in a fused link close to your battery.
A:AnswerYes. They can delete them right on the camera. Be careful that you delete the right one. Unlike on the computer you can’t get it back if you delete the wrong one.
