I wish I could answer this question because I also really want to know. When I called I just got patronized instead. Apparently that release date doesn't show up (even though every other site ever has the release date) and I was questioned where I found such information (2 seconds on google) apparently they couldn't find it and then I was told if that release date just so happens to be correct (it is) I would get an email tomorrow since that is when it supposedly releases. Sorry just angry about this nonsense. Some people already have theirs and I have to defend myself that I know the release date is tomorrow

Please try again later.I contacted their customer service over this too...they claim they don't have any games in inventory...despite the fact that I JUST got an order confirmation saying it's ready for pick up today (release date). Glad I didn't cancel the order in case customer service happened to be wrong. I'm unsure what the issue is, but they clearly have some.
