A:AnswerWe called for installation as soon as stores opened after Christmas and got an appointment for 2 weeks in the future. Showed up for that appointment and the store said we had no appointment the earliest they can install this product now is in March (2 months away) and an additonal $40 product the "Universal Holder" is required to install.
A:AnswerI dont know yet, we got this as the Christmas prezent for my son. And instalation is next week, through Best buy. We always were buying a Viper one, but wouldn't work for his car and model.
