QuestionI have a F-250 that has a different tune in it from the previous owner and only came with 1 key fob…..since I do not have a second key, I can’t get any keys made to program to my truck…will this remote start fix the problem? Is there a push button start?

QuestionAnyone familiar with Idata it was $349 on sale and this was still 449 Idata has a 6000 range but only 15 reviews. After we ordered this went to $349 and we cancelled idata and ordered this is this a better brand? We wanted this back on BF and missed out.

QuestionDo you have to carry this fob and your original key fob? If you can carry just this one, do you have to use the fob to unlock your doors? Currently I just leave the current fob in my purse and touch the button on the door to unlock.

- Answer I keep one compustar fob in house and one at work. Carry original ( nissan fob ) in pocket which also allows me to start vehicle from albeit much shorter distances. I just carry nissan fob and use as I always have. to open doors or proximity using button ON the doors, and of course to start vehicle, if you haven't done so already

- Answer I can’t tell you exactly how far but I can tell you this remote starter has been amazing. I go to a lot of basketball games lately and have never had an issue starting it from inside the gym. I definitely recommend it.

- Answer Yes you will need to give up an extra key fob for the Q7. I will need to be programmed by the dealer as it is a rolling code.
