• Is your RAV4 a ‘Push to Start’? I bought this for both my Highlander and a Lexus that both have push to start and that’s just how it works. If it didn’t stop, anyone would be able to jump in once you remote started it and just drive away. If you don’t have push to start then I’m not sure why.

• This is a warranty issue. Just go back to installer. I do not think there are settings for this type issue
