Q: Questionwireless printerI have a Newer HP desktop (envy 23); -from Best Buy with Geek Squad services A Dell Laptop that I am using-; A new Surface 4 that I bought 10 days ago, and the hard drive was bad, so I am picking up a new one today. AND In addition , my spouse has a Macbook from Best Buy. and I phone 6 S Anyway , I work from home, and have a HP Officejet Pro X476dw MFP printer. My problem is I am having trouble setting up & keeping all these devices wireless to the printer...and to my Scan Snap ..The installation of the wireless devices stops . Can Geek Squad set this up for me? Is it a special rate since I pay for the Geek protection?

Q: QuestionDo you make house calls?I need a Geek Squad guy to service my iMac computer here at the house. It's needs some upgrades and clean up. I'm using OS X version 10.5.8. It has Safari version 5.0.6 (5533.22.3). I keep getting messages from various sites that I need to upgrade Safari. I have absolutely no idea how to do this. I live in Post Falls, ID.
