“I work in a commercial office building and the cell service is low nearest to the windows. Could we set this device/antenna in the window sill to boost the service? We do not have access to the roof or exterior of the building. Thanks”

Probably a safety hazard if put on the outside of a building window of a commercial area. Could be wrong but pretty sure if something did, insurance would file it as negligence.
