• Best Buy send the code separately to my email after I received my rtx. if you purchased online double check in your mail and spam filter to see. you can also check your order online on bestbuy.com too I put a picture of how it shows online for me

• I bought the Alienware Area 51 m gaming laptop with the same promo offer, I really didn't want either of those games.. so I really didn't try, but I think the code and basic instructions were on the receipt, otherwise I would just google it? sorry I cant be of any real help?
