“My handheld cleaner can't pick up anything with no suction power. The brush is still working I already clean dust cup, dust bag and filter but the suction isn't going. Maybe the dust bag is the problem. What can I do to get the suction back?”

Maybe consider returning your vacuum if it’s a new vacuum. If your vacuum is more than a year old check the battery life.
