In terms of ownership support, for the perpetual license the support is with service packs coming to you as need be for that version. The subscription model will ensure you always have the most up-to-date version for one year. The CorelDraw Graphics Suite 2021 has not been tested on Ventura 13. It is a natively run program for the Mac.
