HI There, Thank you for your questions. 1. You can purchase assembly services through Best Buy, but without this additional service, no, the delivery crew will not assemble this piece. 2. Casters are small wheels that are fixed to the bottom of chair legs to help move it easily across floors, usually included on office chairs. Recliners generally do not have casters.
