Yes theoretically. However, not recommended. Would at minimum get 850 watts. I would suggest 1000 watts to be honest. I had issues with my 3080Ti working with a sfx v850 psu. Now maybe the sfx was the problem but either way it was 850 watts and refused to work. I do have lots of fans and a AIO. I upgraded to 1000 watts and have been fine ever since. Now a 3080 should be fine with 850 watts, 750 maybe if its an efficient psu without not a lot of fans.
