I have been using it for a few days now, I did do a firmware update right away and I haven't noticed any connection issues yet. I have been using BT and 2.4GHz dongle.

I was told by the associate who sold it to me that it would need the software update to work wirelessly, so that's the first thing I did was download and use CUE

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You only have connectivity issue when using bluetooth BUT recently I notice it working perfectly with my mac just fine over bluetooth. If you're gaming with this mouse, you should be using the USB adapter anyways as you want NO lag.
