• It depends on if the motherboard supports ddr4 or ddr5. This is ddr5 ram. It is a bit newer and pricier than ddr4.

• It depends on your motherboard. It will either support ddr3, ddr4 or ddr5 ram. There are several ways for you to check. The actual ram in your pc should have a label on it that will mention which type and speed it is. You can also check in Task Manager > Performance > Memory and see what speed your ram is running. DDR3 will run beteeen 1066-1866mhz, DDR4 between 2133-3200mhz, and DDR5 between 4800-8400mhz
