• Hi, Plug N Play for just use, but you'd have to enable XMP/DOCP to get 3200MHz. This kit does indeed work with the platform. If you have any other questions, please reach out: support.corsair.com

• I used the memory with an Intel / EVGA X299 motherboard so my experience is different than AMD. You should visit the Asus qualified CPU and Memory section of their web page to confirm if compatible. If used and recognized in the bios configure with the appropriate XMP memory profile to automatically apply the memory settings.
